Bianca Baltaliyska is the Head of the Luthionian Secret Service. She fought for Luthionian Independence from the very beginning. She played an important role in this fight, and was later appointed Head of the Luthionian Secret Service. During the Grand Conflict she was held hostage in Azelia, but escaped unscathed.
