Eve Winters is not only the Senior Advisor to the President, but also his wife and First Lady of Luthionia. As his Senior Advisor she is not only his primary source of advice but also in charge of selecting key staff members and supervising them, similar to a Chief of Staff in some other nations. Winters was also one of the key figures in Luthionia's independence, alongside Sacul Nagrem and Mark Devos.
